Door opener & button pusher + case
thingiverse
I made a small remake of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4231231 and added a practical tip to push buttons such as elevators or digicodes. The height was reduced to 5.7mm, and the top was reshaped to use less material. Also, I removed 90% of the chamfer, keeping just enough to detach parts from the stack. Update: I added a protective case to safeguard your pocket from potential contamination by the tool. **Stack**: I printed this for my company's employees, so I also included a 10x stack. It works perfectly and is easy to separate if you print at 0.1, 0.15, or 0.3mm layer height (with dividers of 0.3mm as the interdistance). If you want to create different stacks, in Cura, simply untick the option to automatically snap to the ground and then place 0.3mm between objects. This will create a weak layer for easy detachment at print completion. With a 2kg spool, I can produce 240 of these per run. Note: Actually, I discovered that someone else created this design before me on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4269665, with an added holster as well.
