I made this thing with Tinkercad, which can be edited online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/lzAoaLZIUvL. This door opener was created because I didn't want to touch door handles anymore. After being asked to share it publicly, I'm making the file available now. However, I'm not sure if I've tagged it well enough for people to find it easily. If you can remix this design and make improvements, please do so. I printed this model with a 100% fill rate without any issues on fire doors, but this was not my first attempt at creating something like this. You can download the file by clicking on "Thing files".
