Here is a Popsicle maker that you can attach to the inside door of your freezer or place in an ice tray. To get started, simply pour any juice, ice cream, or blended fruit into it. As the mixture freezes, the machine will create the perfect Popsicle. When you're ready for it, just hang the entire unit on a shelf in your fridge to thaw enough to remove the Popsicle stick. Alternatively, you can stand it up on the counter and run cold water over it to get the job done. I've shown a model with one frozen Popsicle already made and another still waiting. You can also find versions of this machine that have special vents along each side of the Popsicle tray, allowing for faster thawing by pouring hot water through them.
