Door knob with better grip

I developed an adapter for our small front doorknob. Since it had a poor grip, I created one with better functionality using OpenSCAD. The design is based on the "Customizable polygonal rod and wheel with grip and numbers" from Thingiverse, accessible at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3341986. The basic shape still features a front flat finish, which was simply created in Tinkercad. - Update Version 2: I cleared up the code and added door_knob-front_v2.stl with $fn=120.
