Door Jamb Lock (Tang) Extension
thingiverse
Double doors often have a rebate where they meet, making the door more airtight and private. If a lock lacks this rebate in its tang and striker plate, it may use a block to extend the tang outwards so it aligns with the receiving striker plate. This block enabled me to use a standard lock tang. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Printrbot Plus Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .1 to .3 Infill: %15 to %100 Notes: Printed successfully for me at 0.3 and %30 fill with PLA. I Designed This in Blender, Exported to Cura, then Printed on PrintrbotPlus. I used Blender because I was short on time and it's fast. It's also free and open-source, which is a bonus.
