If you're having trouble with doors that refuse to stay open, then this ingenious solution is precisely what you need. It's an uncomplicated design, swiftly printable and mounted on the rear of any door using double stick tape and/or a self-tapping screw. The mechanism exerts sufficient friction to hold a doorstop firmly in place while still being effortlessly pulled shut. Mine functions seamlessly with a spring type doorstop, though it should work perfectly well with other varieties by simply scaling its dimensions as necessary.
