Door Hinge Spacer Shim

Door Hinge Spacer Shim

thingiverse

I had a door with a gap around the frame that was driving me crazy, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and fix it once and for all. After trying out a few different solutions, I finally found what worked: adding spacers to my middle and lower hinge to prop the door back into its correct position. As I browsed through Thingiverse, I noticed that most spacers had only one or two holes, which wasn't exactly what I needed, so I decided to design my own. I created a spacer with four holes to accommodate different screw depths and made sure the rounded side faced toward the door frame for a seamless fit. The result was a perfectly aligned door that swung open and closed smoothly without any annoying gaps. I'm sharing this solution with you in the hopes that it'll help someone else out there who's struggling with the same issue!
