The front door was hanging unevenly, and the deadbolt failed to lock securely. To stabilize the door, a reinforcement plate was printed at 3mm thickness and attached behind the bottom door hinge. A second plate was also placed behind the middle hinge, this time at 2mm thickness. The deadbolt now latches properly.
