People use a standard door hinge capable of opening at most 180 degrees. Measurements in the attached file are: 45mm x 34mm x 5mm with 4mm dowel and 4mm screw holes provided. Users can adjust parameters in Autodesk Inventor IPT via design table. Additionally, an extra 0.2mm is added to hole sizes so screws and dowels slide in smoothly. The hinge joint features 0.4 mm clearance on each inside edge of part A.
