I crafted this door hinge specifically for my Ikea Bror enclosure, a project I shared on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3194677), to securely hold the acrylic sheet door in place. The Fusion 360 file is included, allowing users to customize it as needed. This hinge seamlessly integrates with 1mm thick acrylic sheets and pairs perfectly with #6-32 x 3/4in machine screws featuring a round head, ensuring a sturdy and reliable connection.
