This is a door hinge that rotates up to 180 degrees; dimensions for this particular model are 45mm x 34mm x 5mm with hingeA/B having 4mm dowel and screw holes. The Autodesk Inventor IPT file allows parameterization via the design table. Extra 0.2mm has been added to the holes for easy insertion of screws and dowels, while hingeA has an additional 0.4mm clearance on each inside edge for smooth joint movement. Created in Autodesk Inventor Professional 2013 (educational edition), it uses a cut-to-size iron rod as the dowel and boasts structural strength due to its 100% infill ABS construction on a Makerbot Replicator 2X printer, with heated build platform at 120C, extruder temperature at 230C, and layer height at 0.20mm.
