A door harp is essentially a musical instrument you hang on your door. It consists of a sound box, wire strings, and balls hanging from a bridge. that strike the strings when the door moves. This particular one is shaped like a Latte Stone from Guam. There are two files. One contains the back and sides of the instrument, the other is the top and bridge. You will have to glue them together, but you won't need supports to print. I recommend using at least four perimeters to ensure the area around the tuner holes is beefed up. You will need some parts to complete the door harp. I used these Tuning Pins: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09181ZGJ4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 Piano wire or other fine strong wire for sounding strings. Wooden balls 3/4" in diameter with hole drilled through Plastic glue Print out both parts. Glue the top to the back and sides. Insert the pins and screw them down until the string hole is about level with the holes in the bridge. String a wire string between pairs of pins and tighten until you get the pitch you want. Not so much you strip out the plastic. You may have to use a fine drill to clean out the holes in the bridge, and a 5mm drill bit to clean out the holes for the tuning pins Tie one end of the fishing line through the wooden ball. When completed string the other end through the bridge holes and tie so the ball is hitting exactly one string. Each ball should hit a different string. When complete, hang on your door. Every time your door opens you will hear the sound of the harp.
