I used 18mm x 5mm. I also attached the CAD file so you can create your own (I'm unsure if I created it or sourced it elsewhere, but I think I got it from somewhere else). Note that I designed this to avoid using glue altogether. You may need pliers or something to help push the magnets into place. Once in, they will remain until the handle breaks. If you design your own version, be sure to make it slightly larger than needed and deep enough to securely hold the magnet.
