The goal here is to develop a device that attaches securely to a door handle, eliminating the need to physically touch it. This concept was initially inspired by my own aversion to touching contaminated door handles due to being somewhat of a germaphobe. However, with the growing concern over coronavirus, this invention could be especially beneficial for people who want to minimize contact with potentially infected surfaces. The device is compatible with all types of door handles except for knobs and works by simply hooking onto them, allowing users to twist and pull open the door with ease. A small compartment within the device can also store a cloth for use when navigating knob-style door handles.
