Rid of that unwanted door handle hole? Here's the solution! This works for 51mm wide standard door handle holes and 4mm diameter screws. Printed with a .3mm layer height, featuring 3 solid layers at top and bottom, and 15% fill density on a Printrbot+. Minimal support material was used for the screw holes; post-printing, I easily removed excess with a 1/8 inch drill bit. Insert into the door hole, attach your handle, and relish your newfound freedom! Designed using AutoCAD Inventor Fusion 2013.
