SNAP-ON/OFF DOOR HANDLE to stop or reduce or slow bacteria and viruses Important: this is not a medical device, use at own risk assesment only. Important: to make this actually work use a proper bacteria and virus destroying printing SPECIAL FILAMENT. Search with google and you find such filaments, many of them are blend of *copper*. For example hospital uses copper on many handles to prevent/slow down spreading of germs. For further developement: I would encourage someone to print this device with proper filament, then take swap-sample and LAB-test the level of bakteria/germs after 1 hour 2 hour 8 hour etc. Compare the lab tests to normal metal handle. Step 1: print handle with a bacteria and virus destroying special filament (most likely copper blended) Step 2: snap on the door handle. This is made for a standard handle (on the picture) but check if it fits to your door. Step 3: job done. If you will finalize handle with little bit sanding. Step 4: If you will, print several of these. Then during day swap them 1x hour while other handles are soaking cleaning up in strong soap solution / bleech. Good for places where many people?
