Hi, The problem: a small child keeps opening doors that should not and which cannot be locked. Solution: door-hack-3D. Print this item, tie a non-flexible ordinary plastic string to the door-hack. Then put the door-hack over the upper edge of the closed door. Then make a loop to the string and put the loop to door handle. Make sure the plastic string/line is right length not too loose. The door handle is now hard to move at all. To open the door again slide out the loop. See pictures. Result: it is difficult to open the door inside and especially difficult open it outside. Many times small child does not wander out or at least you buy some time :) to slow him down. Notice: it is pretty hard (but not really hard) to break the door-hack if you are trying to "brake in" from outside. Option II: print 2 door-hacks. 1 to upper edge of the door. 1 to door handle. Plastic line in between. Option III: Might work also extra security if travelling and staying night in cheapy hotels near railway stations.. There are 3 variants in .stl files to fit slightly different doors. I use this hack to stop a small child wandering aroung home and getting to harmful places. So far it worked. No guarantee provided. Use based on your own risk estimation only.
