This is my first test in working with Sculptris. I envision creating replacements for every piece of furniture and every character from the Heroquest Game someday. Right now it's just a small model and still incomplete - I'm just trying to see how it would look painted quickly. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: I3 Steel Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: layer 0.3, nozzle 0.4 Notes: You have to rotate (-90° along X axis) and scale to 100% to make it print well - then cut away 1-2mm of the model or Slic3r will take forever to slice the layers. I made this design with Sculptris Alpha 6 from Pixologic. Then, using Meshlab I decreased the number of triangles to a manageable amount. Sculptris users can use slicer Slic3r with no problem - it needs only rotation (-90° along X axis) and scaling to 100% Then remove a small part of 1-2mm from the model to help the software calculate layers quickly.
