Door faceplate guide / jig

I replaced all the doors in my home with Elproducts' "Door Hinge Guide" and it proved to be a huge help but I needed a jig to cut out the faceplate that fits between door and the door jamb. So, I created this jig that has similar enough dimensions so I wouldn't have to adjust my router between cuts. This tool was made using openJSCAD, I've included the original .jscad file so you can make adjustments as needed.
