A modern dark wood door with frosted glass panel lites and alternating wood panels in high detail 3D model is offered. The door can be rendered open or closed by rotating it on its pivot hinges. Modeled using 3ds Max 2015 and rendered in Vray, the door measures 36 wide x 84 high, but can be adjusted to fit different dimensions. Included are hinges, a door lever, strike plates, lock, and threshold, all of which can be easily removed. The wood textures are also provided, although they may need relinking after opening the file. Note that the model was created in 3ds Max, so exported formats might not import cleanly into all software packages and some cleanup might be necessary. To render the door open, access the group, click on the door, rotate it to the desired position, as the pivot is set at the hinges. If the pivot gets reset, go to 'Hierarchy' tab, click on 'Affect Pivot Point,' and move it to the hinge center.
