A detailed 3D model of a contemporary light wood door with frosted glass panels and alternating wooden sections is provided. The door's rotation on hinges can be adjusted based on the scene for realistic rendering. It was created in 3ds Max 2015, using Vray for rendering. The door measures 36 inches wide by 84 inches high, although dimensions are adjustable. Included with the model are hinges, a door lever, strike plates, a lock, and a threshold, all of which can be easily removed. The door size and frame thickness can also be modified as needed. The model is grouped for convenient scene movement, set to 0,0,0 axis, and comes with wood textures. However, textures will need to be relinked after opening the file. As a note, the model was created in 3ds Max, and other exported formats may not import cleanly into all software, requiring some cleanup. To render the door open, simply open the group, click on the door, and rotate it to the desired position. The pivot is set to the hinges, but if it gets reset, use the 'Affect Pivot Point' option in the 'Hierarchy' tab to correct it. Enjoy your modeling experience!
