A highly detailed 3D model of a contemporary grey wood door with a small frosted glass panel is provided. This door includes paneling details at various depths, and its reflection can be adjusted based on the scene. The door is rigged to pivot and rotate on hinges, allowing it to be rendered open or closed. It was modeled in 3ds Max 2015 using Vray for rendering. The dimensions of the door are 34' W x 86' H, but can be easily adjusted for different requirements. The model includes hinges, a door lever, strike plates, a lock, and a threshold. Hardware components can be removed if needed, and both the door size and frame thickness can be altered as required. The 3D model is grouped into one unit - the frame with hinges and the door with its hardware. It's set at the origin (0,0,0) for easy scene movement. Wood textures are included, but users will need to relink them after opening the file. Note that the model may not import cleanly into all software due to being made in 3ds Max. To render the door open, access the group, click on the door, and rotate it as desired since its pivot is set at the hinges. If the pivot gets reset, use the 'Affect Pivot Point' option under the 'Hierarchy' tab to fix it.
