A modern grey wood door with panels in high detail awaits you in this 3D model. The door features rigged pivots for rotation on hinges, allowing you to render it open or closed. Modeled using 3ds Max 2015 and rendered via V-Ray, the door measures 34' W x 86' H but can be easily adjusted to different dimensions. Included in this model are hinges, a door lever, strike plates, a lock, and a threshold, all of which can be removed with ease. Adjust the door size and frame thickness as per your requirements and get ready for close-ups. The model consists of one group that includes the frame with hinges, the door with hinges and hardware, set at 0,0,0 axis for easy scene movement. Wood textures are included in this package, but they may need relinking after opening the file. Please note that the model is created in 3ds Max, and other exported formats may not import cleanly into all software, requiring some cleanup. This model has not been tested in all software. To render the door open, open the group, click on the door, and rotate it to your desired position, as the pivot is set to hinges. If the pivot gets reset, use the 'Affect Pivot Point' option under the 'Hierarchy' tab or rotate-click out of the pivot. Enjoy modeling!
