DooM Guy - Collectable Figure https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5X1_qXvt95U https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msvOUxyuycg Features: * 23cm tall collectible figure * Movable head, arms, hands, and legs for dynamic poses * Chest button plays iconic Doom pickup sound effects * Prints without support for easy assembly * Includes Chainsaw Accessory for added detail What you need: * 7x Self-tapping Screws (3x13mm) * ISD1820 board with 40mm speaker and necessary wires * CR2032 coin cell battery (3V) and socket * Tactile switch (6x6x8mm) * 4-pin connector (optional) * Super-glue, Hot-glue, and Soldering iron Preparations for the ISD1820 board: * Refer to pictures on the board as a soldering guide. * Remove microphone and replace with wire connected to headphone jack. * Record sound using mobile phone and press record button on the board. * Use mono version of sound for optimal results. Assembling the parts: * Watch YouTube video for assembly guide. * Use assemble tool to super-glue joints in head, arms, and legs. * Keep correct distance between body parts for proper fit and movement. * Fix speaker and board in place with hot-glue. * Attach tactile switch using hot-glue. * Be careful when screwing body parts together to avoid damage. Painting the figure: * Print PLA with 0.25mm layer height. * Optionally, sand figure to remove layer lines for a smoother finish. * Paint with acrylic paint or use Polyalchemy Elixir filament for a shiny metallic look.
