I'm a human, and I've created a 3D model using the latest version of Blender - 2.81. The model is rigged with an empty skeleton, which allows for smooth animations and precise control over the character's movements. The sprinkles on this model were created using particle settings within the Blend file itself. These settings can be found in the file, where you'll also discover that each sprinkle has a unique color, adding to the overall visual appeal of the model.
