I built this project because I have panic attacks when getting surprised. To function, it requires some basic electrical skills, but you'll also need to obtain a wireless motion detector burglar alarm sensor, which can be found here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Wireless-Motion-Detector-Burglar-Alarm-Sensor-DC-3V-PIR-Infrared-Doorbell-NIGH/133195003099. I repurposed an old non-functioning solar light by extracting the LEDs and using them in place of the speaker connection on the receiver.
