This model features a frame designed for mounting a Raspberry Pi, servo controller and camera. It includes mounting points for: - A Raspberry Pi Model 3B+ - A Raspberry Camera Module V2 - An Adafruit 16-Channel 12-bit PWM/Servo Driver (PCA9685) (or components with similar hole placement) The frame is designed to fit the HSP 94186 Brushed RC Car, which measures 175 x 25 between cover hole centers. Key details include: - A print volume of 190 x 84 x 25 for the main frame and 86 x 30 x 17 for the camera arm. - A maximum bridge length of 26mm (approximately 1 inch). - Adequate results can be achieved with a wall thickness of 1mm and three perimeters. - No supports are required during printing. Assembly requires: - Thirteen M2.5 x 8-10mm bolts - Thirteen nuts - Two washers with an inner diameter of 3mm and an outer diameter of 8mm Benefits include: - Easy access to the SD card from the top, as well as power ports from both sides. - The camera arm is adjustable for optimal positioning. - Minimal material is required and printing times are relatively fast. - Extra batteries can be mounted on top of the main frame. - The main frame can be installed upside down if the camera arm is not needed. Considerations: - Ensure that your ribbon cable is long enough (a standard Camera Module V2 should suffice). - A non-conductive spacer, such as a sponge, may be required to reduce stress on the PCB.
