A rigid fixture with a 11/4" British Standard Whitworth thread (BSW) and a 12mm steel ball can be assembled and dismantled without the use of tools. The rubber bushings protect the barrel's surface, are simple to install or remove. Side forks prevent the barrel from moving side-to-side during exercise. This fixture is designed to hold any barrel diameter, without changing rubber parts. No part moves during exercise, ensuring rigidity and strength. An FEA result at 1500 pounds load is presented for Al6061.
