Dondolo Extruder Mount for ORD Hadron

I designed this bracket specifically to attach the Dondolo dual extruder seamlessly to my ORD Hadron 3D printer. After careful examination, I'm confident that it should work flawlessly, thanks in large part to its accurate mounting holes. However, please note that you may need to adjust your y-axis makerslide further forward, as the extruder extends out from the x carriage slightly more than a Wade's extruder does. This bracket serves as a direct drop-in replacement for the Prusa x-carriage, requiring no additional modifications or changes to any other parts. In fact, it allows you to mount it directly to the Hadron default carriage without any further hassle. To ensure a smooth operation, I strongly advise checking your new Z-axis zero point manually before running a homing procedure. Failing to do so may result in a catastrophic head crash, causing irreparable damage to your printer. When using this bracket, be aware that the extruder will now extend 35mm further than usual in the positive Y direction compared to using a Wade's extruder or other extruders centered on the mounting bolts. It's essential to monitor the Dondolo for any signs of wiggling about the X-axis and consider securing the top of the extruder to the X carriage plate if necessary. This is due to the significant height difference between the heavy servo and stepper motor above the mounting screws, which can cause unwanted movement. By taking these precautions, you'll be able to enjoy a hassle-free printing experience with your Dondolo dual extruder attached to your ORD Hadron 3D printer.
