I make no apology for posting this, I hope it doesn't offend anyone. Recently, I stumbled upon a post on Facebook and downloaded the image to my computer. I then imported the picture into Fusion 360, where I added an overlay to create the sign. To be honest, I'm not aware of anyone who reads braille, so I have no way of verifying its accuracy.
