This is a robust Lazy Susan style bearing designed for heavy duty applications. Bearing race is tailored for 18, 1cm diameter ball bearings, available in plastic or metal options. The top and bottom halves interlock seamlessly with precision-engineered raised and sunk raceways to prevent unwanted side shifting and ensure stability. Twelve simple clips reach from strategically positioned pockets in the top half to securely engage with the lower half's raceways, keeping the clam shell firmly together. Once assembled, the clips are held in place by small self-threading screws inserted through holes in the top half, providing a sturdy connection. For assembly, you will need 12 small screws with a 2mm shank.
