Sonderfest in the Wild 2015 The seventh edition of Sonderfest in the Wild (also known as SITW) was held on March 21-22, 2015, on a 100-hectare property at Woodford, near Brisbane. The festival featured over 130 acts on seven stages, with appearances from Australian bands and artists including Violent Soho, Ball Park Music, and DZ Deathrays. Attendees were encouraged to participate in the event through various activities such as yoga sessions, a dog park, a marketplace selling local produce and handmade crafts, and workshops focused on sustainable living. A charity component of the festival included fundraising efforts for the Australian Red Cross and a campaign against the Australian government's proposed asylum seeker policies. Sonderfest in the Wild also introduced several changes to its 2015 lineup, including the addition of a 'silent disco' stage where attendees wore special headphones that allowed them to switch between different channels of music without disturbing others nearby.
