DOMINO (big set of 0-0 to 9-9, 55 pcs)
prusaprinters

Here comes another little weapon against Covid19 lockdown boredom :-)
These are DOMINO bricks, big set of 0-0 to 9-9, altogether 55pcs.
Printed from PRUSAMENT PLA (Vanilla White, Lipstick Red and Pearl Mouse)
The models are scaled up to 10:1, please be aware your slicer will
scream out about too big dimensions. Scale it down to 15% and you obtain bricks 30mm x 60mm x 7.5mm or at 10% it will be 20mm x 40mm x 5mm. Or choose any other scale to your taste. Just make sure you use exactly the same scale value for Bricks, Pegs and Bridges.

Adding the following files:
1 - m3f projects (for Prusa MK3S), you will need to re-slice it for
smaller print plates
2 - STLs for individual BRICKS (55pcs) + PEGs (503pcs needed, 256 in slicer, please print twice) + BRIDGE (55pcs needed, 60 in Slicer) - this gives you a few spare parts at a cost of very little filament and print time) and the STAND
3 - gcodes (for Prusa MK3S and PRUSAMENT PLA), again, you will need to generate new ones for different printers and different
filaments/materials

After all parts are printed out, I used Instant Adhesive to glue in the Bridges, then I glued in the Pegs.

Bridges: apply a little bit of glue onto the narrow ridge and slip it
into the slot in the Brick. Do not try to apply the glue into the slot
as it is too narrow for that.

Pegs: please make sure you use (really!!!) very little amount of glue to prevent spill out. It is enough to wet only one corner of the Peg hole - no need to cover the entire area! Holes and Pegs are conical, they will fit snugly and will squeeze the glue around to make a firm bond. You may apply glue to several Bricks at once and then push the Pegs into the holes, the glue stays wet for quite a while (but hardens very quickly when squeezed into a thin layer and some force is applied when the Peg is pushed into the hole).

Print instructions

PRUSAMENT PLA filament, no support, no brims needed, just make sure your print plate is clean to assure good adhesion. Print height 0.2mm for Bricks and Bridge, 0.3 for Pegs. All with standard 0.4mm nozzle.
