Dominican Taino Tiki

Dominican Taino Tiki

This is an exact replica of the Taino Figure Tiki that I obtained in the Dominican Republic during my teenage years. It has been by my side for quite some time now and has become a trusted good luck charm. This piece is inspired by the Dominican Taino Dreamcatcher Figure, which was discovered adorned with vibrant paintings inside caves located in the southern region of the country. According to local legend, this figure is believed to ward off evil, allowing only positive dreams to occur. Before I ventured into 3D printing, I had always longed for a duplicate of this Taino Figure Tiki but unfortunately, it vanished and could not be found again. Now that I possess the skills and knowledge to create such items, I have successfully replicated the Taino Figure Tiki for myself, and I can reproduce as many copies as desired. I have included two distinct models: one is a regular figure, while the other allows you to print it with a chain, perfect for wearing around your neck. The beauty of 3D printing lies in its versatility - you can produce this design in any size you prefer. However, for optimal results and reduced support material, I highly recommend printing the Taino Figure Tiki on its back rather than standing upright.
