Our approach to designing a RoRo single hull cargo ship involved conducting multiple experiments, each carefully analyzed through computational fluid dynamics simulations, finite element analysis simulations, and rigorous comparison with relevant industry literature. This meticulous process formed the foundation for iterative refinement of our design, ultimately yielding a streamlined and practical vessel that meets all requirements. By running extensive studies to optimize our design, we created an advanced model capable of delivering exceptional results that surpass expectations for ships of similar size. At the forefront of our design strategy was minimizing fuel consumption and maximizing cargo space efficiency, with the primary goal of reducing operational costs. To visually demonstrate the ship's impressive cargo capacity, some of our renderings feature trucks loaded within the vessel. Our team consists of experienced engineers: Fabio Freitas leads our CAD efforts, Pedro Henrique brings expertise in finite element analysis and mechanical design, and Wellington Pires serves as our materials specialist.
