This device is designed to keep your refrigerator door shut while traveling. If your Dometic fridge doesn't already have a pre-drilled hole for this accessory, you'll need to create one yourself using a drill. Begin by opening the right-hand freezer door and sliding the Dometic lock into its locked position. Next, carefully drill a 3mm hole straight down through the lock as close as possible to the center line of your refrigerator doors. Once the hole is complete, remove the drill bit and slide the lock back to its unlocked position. You should now be able to close the freezer door, slide the lock into place once more, and insert the new PLA lock.
