I would suggest creating this - it is just a specialized key (the sort that fits into a slot and rotates to allow a lifting force to be applied) that makes manhole cover lifting easier. To ensure success, consider printing it so that the filaments line up correctly with the direction of force being applied - acetone can be used to weld the filaments if you are working with ABS. This tool can significantly speed up the investigation process in case of unpleasant issues. I have successfully tested it and it efficiently lifts manhole covers with no hassle. Enjoy using it!
