Domenico Cimarosa was a renowned Italian opera composer of the Neapolitan school. Born on December 17, 1749, in Aversa, Province of Caserta, he went on to write over eighty operas during his lifetime, leaving behind an impressive legacy that includes his magnum opus, Il matrimonio segreto, released in 1792. This object is part of the Scan The World initiative.
