Although this design bears some resemblance to existing models like the Domelight 1, I employed a distinct set of parameters to shape it uniquely. My parametric design software allows for seamless adjustments, making it effortless to adapt the model to this particular form. For more information on the advantages of parametric modeling, visit birkbinnard.com/blog/parametric-modeling. One notable outcome of using parametric design is its capacity to facilitate rapid creation of new parts, far outpacing traditional printing speeds. This specific part took approximately 13 hours to print at a speed of 100 mm/sec and layer thickness of 0.200 mm. To find suitable LED lights for this fixture, simply search online for "LED puck light," which yields numerous options. The design features a small cutout at the bottom to accommodate a power cord if you opt for a wall-powered LED.
