A deck light I designed for my personal use. It's meant for use with 3 and 3.5 Watt G4 LED lamps, but using incandescent bulbs will likely cause it to overheat. Use at your own risk; if you damage the LEDs or anything else, don't blame me. I based my design on Rayhoo G4 LEDs and gave them a faux finish with Modern Masters Copper and Bronze finishes. Apply a good primer as basecoat and use a metallic paint to prevent light from seeping through the plastic. I need to take photos and get UL certification for a finished product. Two M4-sized grub screws are designed to make contact with the power wire and hold the LED in place. The holes are 3.35mm in diameter, but depending on your nozzle size, you may need to use an M3-sized screw if it prints smaller than expected with larger extrusion. An M4 x 0.7 screw will fit perfectly into a hole printed with a small nozzle (less than 0.3mm). If .7 seems too loose, try using an M4 x 0.75 screw instead. A #10 woodscrew is intended to hold the base down firmly, and the dome fits securely with just a partial turn.
