Dome Copter
thingiverse
I am excited to share my latest creation, a custom-built 230mm FPV-Quadcopter that I designed and assembled myself. It's still in the works, but it's shaping up to be an incredible machine. Printer Details I used my trusty German ReRrap Neo printer to bring this project to life. Here are the key settings I employed: Raft Settings I opted for a raft on this print, which helps ensure that the first layer adheres properly to the build plate. The benefits of using a raft are undeniable. Supports and Resolution In addition to the raft, I also enabled support structures to help hold the model in place during printing. My printer is capable of producing high-resolution prints, with a resolution of 0.2mm. Infill Settings To give my quadcopter its signature strength, I selected an infill percentage of 10-35%. This range provides the perfect balance between weight and durability.
