I constructed the Glass Hot Bed using ABS material, a versatile and durable choice. I secured it with one M4 16mm bolt paired with a reliable nut, ensuring stability is not compromised. Three M3 34mm bolts, each reinforced with nylon lock nuts for added security, were strategically placed to prevent any movement or shifting. To minimize wear and tear, I designed custom microfiber sleeves that provide a snug fit. Additionally, braided Polyester Elastic was incorporated to offer flexibility and resistance to stress.
