Dome bumper mold
thingiverse
To save on material yet achieve quick printing, I designed a mold for new rubber feet on my Prusa. Using this mold, you can cast domes from silicone with default 10mm radius cavities. If you want different sizes, simply scale the model - 150% gives 15mm and 200% results in 20mm domes. I printed my mold at a layer height of 0.21mm, featuring two shells, no solid bottom, and one solid top infill with 15% infill. This design allows excess silicone to gradually sink into the mold, preventing it from accumulating on top. For instructions, check out this video: http://youtu.be/2UciDHGCZX0
