Based off of a wooden puzzle I made years ago, I thought it might work out well as a printable object. Set size is 16 cm wide which should fit together smoothly even with some elephant foot. Pictured is printed at: 75% (12cm) - tight fit with very small pieces. 125% (20cm) - loose fit, any larger would not be advised. Included are three quick test files to see how your machine handles the gaps at 75% 100% and 125%
