The Dolmen of Tremal is located in the Dehesa Boyal of Montehermoso, Extremadura. It's one of three megalithic structures studied, excavated, and restored by Marisa Ruiz-Gálvez Priego. Carbon 14 analysis dates the structure around the middle of the IV Millennium BC (6000-5000 BP). The tumulus consisted of three concentric circles made from slabs of slate, the dome of the structure has not been preserved as it was reused to create other structures in the area. No human remains have been found due to the soil's acidity, and the tombs have been plundered multiple times. Excavations at the site have yielded personal belongings that accompanied the deceased, including mainly tools carved from local quartz and ceramic vessels. The model was created by Marcos Galeano Prados with the collaboration of Antonio Diaz Serrano and Gabriel Cifuentes.
