dolly wheel spacer

I need to swap out the old wheels on my trusty two-wheeled dolly. I scored a sweet deal on a pair of replacement wheels at Harbor Freight, with 10-5/8 inch shafts. However, there was one catch - the new wheels have a shaft that's 20mm longer than the original ones, so I'll need to add some spacers. The spacers are 17mm thick, and when combined with a flat washer, they fit perfectly.
