Doll High Chair [cnc-style wedged mortise joints]
thingiverse
Ok, here is another incarnation of my doll high chair with improved stability. The original version was too flimsy so I did an enforced version that provides more support. When working on my puzzle plane it came to mind using wedged mortise would be a great solution to secure the tenons without glue or screws. As I considered the tool diameter, this pacifier-like shape emerged. This build was done from 6.5 mm and 9 mm baltic birch plywood on a desktop cnc-machine by Stepcraft using a spiral-toothed 1.5 mm flute.
