Doll High Chair [cnc-style wedged mortise joints]

I present to you my revised doll high chair, an upgraded version of its predecessor which was unfortunately too fragile. To address this issue, I created an enhanced model. As I worked on assembling the puzzle plane, an innovative solution emerged - utilizing wedged mortise would securely hold the tenons in place without requiring glue or screws. With tool diameter in mind, a pacifier-like shape became the obvious choice. This project was crafted from 6.5 mm and 9 mm Baltic birch plywood using a Stepcraft desktop CNC machine equipped with a spiral-toothed 1.5 mm flute.
