Doll Dishes

I'm beginning a collection of doll-sized dishes for my "little princess". The scale isn't fixed, and most items are designed to be small, measuring around 1-1.5 inches in size. How do I print these items? In general, they can be printed without supports or rafts, but I'll focus on designing them with that in mind. Some parts may require a support structure, though - just use your judgment to determine which ones need it.
