Dolce Gusto - Water Adapter "capsule"

I've got three Dolce Gusto coffee machines, and all of them have the same issue. When I want to grab some hot water without a capsule in the holder, it sprays out everywhere. The new models come with a small plastic adapter to fix this problem, but mine didn't have that feature, so I came up with a solution. Design Notes Version 3: After you stop the machine, be sure to open the tray to release pressure. You can also poke a hole in the capsule holder. Version 3.5: To address the pressure issue, two holes were added to the design. Version 4: This version combines V3.5 with two water guide walls for better flow.
